At Chennai Leather Factory, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent refund process.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- The refund request is made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Used or worn leather products
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Customized or personalized items
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
3. Refund Process
- Email us at mobile number with your order number, photos of the product, and reason for the refund.
- Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we’ll bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account or payment service again
- Contact your bank/payment provider (it may take some time to reflect)
